License Agreement

This License Agreement governs the use of all products sold on XplayTube.com.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product.

2. Allowed Usage

You may:

  • Use the theme/plugin on your own website(s)
  • Modify the code for personal use

3. Prohibited Usage

You may NOT:

  • Resell the product
  • Share or distribute files
  • Offer it as part of a competing product
  • Upload to GPL/free download sites
  • Use it in “nulled” distributions

4. No License Key System

Our products do not use license keys.

This means:

  • Access is granted upon purchase
  • Abuse of this system will result in access termination

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Block access
  • Ban accounts
  • Take legal action for violations

6. Ownership

All products remain the intellectual property of XplayTube.

7. Updates

Updates may be provided at our discretion.
